It organizes flights between Phoenix and Tampa, Milwaukee and Denver, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale and Los Angeles. Check-in times Passengers are supposed to check-in 1.5hrs before the flight. Change to passenger name or flight The cost of non-refundable tickets may be used on any other flight that departs during the current year for $100. The same fee is charged for changing the flight, $50- for changing the name on the ticket. Refundable tickets may be easily refunded. Child fares Tickets are not refundable. Children under 2 if traveling with somebody over 12 fly for 50%of a full fare. Youth fares are provided to those from 2 to 21. Tickets are bought within a fortnight before the departure. Senior fares Senior fares are provided to people over 55. Pet ravel Animals can not fly in the passenger’s cabin, service animals make an exception. Other pets are transported in the aircraft hold for a $75 fee one way. Health certificate is obligatory issued by the vet at least 10 days before the departure. The same will be needed for on the way back, so the owner should get all the papers ready as the certificate only lasts for a month. Passengers have to inform the company in advance if they are traveling with a pet. Siamese cats and snub-nosed dogs are transported if the temperature is no higher than 75 F during the flight. In-flight service Cold drinks and snacks are always served on board the plane. Alcohol dinks as well as hot meals can be purchased there.
