They fly from Canada, Fort Myers, Vancouver, Miami, Toronto, Orlando, New York, Florida, California, Los Angeles. The airline uses the most modern fleets. Check-in times Passengers should arrive 3-3.5hrs before the departure. The company may not guarantee a passenger the flight in case one checks-in later than an hour and a half before it. Baggage allowance The weight limit for luggage is 44lbs or 66lbs if one’s stay in the place of destination lasts more than 29 days. Passengers may have 2 checked bags with linear dimensions no more than 62 inches and weight limit 70lbs each on flights between Canada and the USA. Hand luggage is also allowed but with linear dimensions not exceeding 46 inches and weight limit 18lbs. Excess luggage is charged for ($90 each piece). Change to passenger name or flight Economy and business class tickets are refundable for a fee of $100.Some fares do not allow any changes in the name, some do but for a fee. Economy and business class changes will cost about $50. Child fares Children under 2 pay 10% of a full fare and taxes if a child has a seat and is not held on an adult’s lap. Children between 2 and 12 pay 75% and taxes. Pet travel LTU does no transport animals but may allow their owners to take them if a written request is prepared in advance. Pets weighing less than 13lbs may travel in a passenger’s cabin for $15 one way on a short and medium-distance flight and $25 on a long-range flight. If too many animals are transported in the same plane or a pet weighs more than 13lbs, it will travel in a storage compartment. At Munich airports pet transport cages are provided. In-flight service LTU offers a variety of hot and cold meals. On long-range flights a choice of two meals is provided. Beverages go for free. Alcohol drinks are available for additional charge. On international flights special meals if asked for 4 days before are provided.
